Before I took my Computer Applications class, I thought that Microsoft Office was overrated: I thought that Excel and Powerpoint were useless to me, Microsoft Word was only a basic editor, and that there was no use in learning about them.
Boy was I wrong.
After taking the class, it felt like I had just started using a computer again, there was so much newness and amazement. I found the power of Microsoft Office (yes it’s cheesy, but it’s also true).
Microsoft Office is amazing, you probably already know that. However, do you truly utilize it to the fullest? Do you know the power of Microsoft Office?
If you blindly started using Office you haven’t witnessed close to what it can do. Have you tried OneNote? Do you manage finances with excel using the IF function? Did you know you can use Word to create a great looking eBook? There are so many features that the average user doesn’t know.
The way to unlock the true potential of all the programs is to learn all about them. Look at the help pages, take a class, or learn online; all will allow you to use Microsoft Office to the fullest.
I could tell you about Microsoft office’s features, but I’m sure that it will bore most. If you want to learn more about them look google Microsoft
And by all means, make sure that you have Office on your computer.
Your blog or website won’t benefit much directly from Office, but it will benefit when you become more organized and more on top of things which Microsoft Office will do.
