There are some great skins out there for Thesis, but most of them just don’t cut it for me; customizing them requires coding, and that really isn’t Thesis to me. A great skin should make a website look fantastic while allowing easy and in-depth customization options.
If you don’t know, a thesis skin is downloadable files that can easily be uploaded using an FTP program which customize the look of your Thesis theme. Think of it like a Wootheme based on the Thesis framework (a damn good combination).
All my skin troubles were wiped away when Alex from Blogussion released his Thesis Blogussion theme. Now everyone can create a website or that looks as great as Blogussion, whose design is second to none.
Not to mention the customization options! Every feature that the Blogussion theme adds is customizable, either from the control panel or by adding widgets.
Don’t have Thesis? Blogussion will give you 40 percent off their theme when you purchase Thesis through them. If you haven’t made the great decision to upgrade to the Thesis theme, there has never been a better time (especially considering Blogussion has a temporary sale which saves you 15 dollars)

Support
I personally have emailed Alex questioning him about customizing Thesis, and have received quick and quality replies, and that was before the Blogussion Theme was released! Purchase the theme, and I know you will receive top notch support on the support forum from one of the best Thesis designers out there and other Thesis users.
There are also tutorials on the forum which are a great bonus.

Conclusion
Though the price may seem a little steep for a skin, your website will greatly benefit from purchasing it. You will be stunned at how good your website or blog will look immediately after installing the skin, and you haven’t even touched code! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a semi-unique design, and that doesn’t want to put in the hours to make a unique design.
And lets not forget that your beautiful website will be running on the Thesis theme, a SEO powerhouse with crazy customization options.

phpYea, using plugins the loading time should be fine.

True, but it's great for people looking for a semi-unique theme.

If you pay for the Thesis theme through their affiliate link, you can get half off of the Blogussion theme, plus there is a 15 dollar sale on it currently. So not as steep as you thought, and in my opinion well worth it.

Its a nice slick theme, no doubt. But in order to get it installed i'd need to pay for the Thesis framework and the Blogussion theme wouldn't I? Doesn't leave me much change from $150 (for a personal Thesis license) which is a bit too steep for me right now.

Thanks, changed it.

Greets:
Your Thesis framework link up there is broken.

I like the way they present and organize their blog contents. Not that complicated to navigate. Also, I saw that they are open for affiliate too.
@George – you're right, it would be confusing to visitors if they will see another site using the same theme. They must at least change something from it.

it do look cool but requires time to load .. so it is a bit slow imo. but it can be improved using wp cache or like that.

It is a little slow, but as you said, super cache and other plugins will speed it up.

I really like the theme, but I have seen a few sites already using it and I want my blog to be unique. I think it would of been nice if there were a limited amount available. That would of made it exciting.

True, while the theme is great, it will lose visual effect once it is applied on many blogs; however, for a person looking for a semi-custom theme it is a great solution.
