Web Journey 1.0 – The Rebirth

by Jake O'Callaghan

Web Journey has definitely seen its share of fazes over its short existence (maybe it’s because I’m a teenager), but as of today, I am starting to actually figure out what Web Journey is.

Web Journey is a blog dedicated to informing people on building traffic, online writing, link building, SEO, (just to name a few examples), all utilized to make money online and eventually make a full time living off of the internet.

It is this policy that I will comply to whenever making posts.  I will not write posts just to entertain; I will provide posts that seriously inform.

Design

A new design is Web Journey’s most obvious change.  Using Thesis I have created this blog with no coding knowledge.  I just followed tutorials, used Thesis’s control panel, and got help from Thesis’s support forum.

The design looks pretty good eh?  Of course there are still improvements to be made, but it definitely stands out as a unique and quality design.  It amazes me that I could actually create a design that could cost thousands of dollars with no coding knowledge; it really shows how the Internet is changing.

Posting Requirements

I will be posting one time a week for starters, then, if time allows, I will post more per week.  Most of my posts right now are more novice posts because I am preparing for Web Journey 2.0.

Another thing I am now including is video posts.  I’m sure that many viewers prefer listening to reading, so video posts will freshen up things.  Trust me, I know how annoying it is reading countless articles.

Expect an even larger update for Web Journey 2.0 which is only a short time away.

Yea, I am going to try to work my way up, and that 1 post per week and a video post sounds like a good idea; I might try it.

Well done and what you have done. With time it will become easier to modify and mix things up. I hope to see more posts, I think 1 per week is tooooo low, but maybe a normal and then video post per week would be cool.

Thanks!

Yea, one post per week is definitely on the low side, but I will try to build up my post count. And yea, one post and a video post per week sounds like a good idea; I might consider it. :)
